The Ellen Show!!

   

WOw today was sooo awesome! I was in the audience at the Ellen show for her Breast Cancer Survivor Show . Guess What?? Everyone in the audience got a round trip ticket to anywhere in the US.

We also received the new book from Suzanne Somers. I seems really great that she is really focused on finding what is making cancer begin to even grow in our bodies. She has 8 different doctors take on how we can prevent this deadly disease . If anyone wants to borrow a copy we have 2 (john went too!)

We also received a CD from some teeny bop-per from camp rock. I kinda felt bad that she was on with the whole audience not really appreciating the whole teen bop thing. Demi Lovato was her name ..Cute but not really my music but you best believe the kids ripped the 2 cd's out of our hands cause this was right up there alley!

OK well I have gotten a huge response to my photography since I have started this blog. I really want to take it to the next level but I have so many other obligations family, pets,  loan signing , Tastefully simple parties and on and on... BUT I think your taken more seriously if I have a site not just a blog. Maybe I'll get one that you can choose website or blog.  So stay tuned... I think I'll start the process mid Oct.. Unless I chicken out??  Keep your fingers crossed...

I am feeling a little "Shirty"

HAHAHA! I was reading over on red velvet blog about this place in East Hollywood. It sounds like a pretty cool place to make some really creative shirts!! Hello Ladies,

 I have just been busy , busy, busy! I do have a layout that i made using our group photo. We took this in the back yard of Gwen Connolly in Clovis. I enjoyed the short weekend and the information was awesome. I can really see the "Big Picture" with Tastefully Simple" The photo is a soft focus since we all could look a little better (what do you expect, it's the morning after a Sleepover!) FUN FUN FUN!

Just having an Open house This Thursday!!

Just want to put this out there to everyone.. I am having a Tastefully SimpleFall/Winter Open house. This is the best time of the year for me :-) . I just love all the awesome warm comfort  foods of fall. The smell of bread cooking and a pot of soup on the stove.. That is exactly what you will find at my house this Thursday at 6:30.. Please drop me an email of you would like to come or even host your own party!!  I hope it's not 95 degrees cause that's just not very fall-like :-{

Olson Farms Rocked!!

All I can say is WOW!!! My friend Monica threw the best "Farm" Party that I have been to ..( I have been to tons of children's parties , remember I have 4 kids) The attention to detail was fantastic.. She had a petting zoo , pony rides, games for kids and adults, coloring station, face painting, cow pinata , adorable farm animal cupcakes and on and on... Even the lunch was a farm theme beef,chicken,pork, corn (sorry vegetarians) Here are a few that I snapped of the kids also Monica and Birthday Boy Sean make and appearance . Check out the gift bag she made a personalized one for each child..

Wow what a difference 12 months makes (he is in my baby section he was my first newborn photo shoot :-) ..

Ok I don't know what went wrong but it's killing me that this is not centered!! You get the idea, don't you ??

Back 2 School ... I can't believe I have a Freshman!!

 Well I can't believe that I am a mother of an Esperanza SCRUB!!! It seem like only yesterday that I was a SCRUB too! But I guess that was a while ago since my 20year reunion was in August :-P

Also Jessica started Middle School at Bernardo Yorba. She is not wearing  the mandatory uniform so she thinks she is too cool. Man, I went to catholic school but Bernardo  gets an A+ for trying to  guilt someone into wearing a uniform. Apparently now my child will start trafficking drugs and join a gang all because she won't wear the uniform.. Amazing uh?? I assured them that I will be on top of any little sign of rebellion!! (cause lord knows that all you need is a Logo Polo and black pants to battle crime!)

And Lindsay is still at Woodsoro which means I have 3 different schools to go to everyday! Man forget scrapbooking and photography I get way more practice being a taxi driver.

For now Erik is at home with me . I will put him in part time pre school in a couple of weeks.

I am working on some awesome photos of a great party that we went to on Saturday.. The Olson Farm was awesome and I got some great shots too... Ok I will leave you with these 1st day of school photos
